Stu Suchard 

President

Stu Graduated in 1982 from Northwood University in Midland Michigan with a BA in Business Management and BA in Marketing.

Stu has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Whether its car sales, golf club sales or home renovations Stu has enjoyed working for himself.

Stu became a licensed car dealer at 18. After 20+ successful years, the car business has become a hobby only as other business ventures have become more demanding.

Stu has a wife of 35 years and 3 married daughters all with families of their own. 

In 1994 Stu purchased James Packaging which was established in 1984 by Len James. 25 Years later the business is going strong.

Carl McIntyre 

Design & Tooling

Carl is the Packaging designer and tool maker at James Packaging. He has been with the company since 2006.  

Over the years Carl has developed a workflow and manufacturing techniques that take your package from concept to production in a very short period. Due to all design and machining being done in house the typical project is in production in under a month.  

As Packaging Designer and Tool Maker Carl has revolutionized our tooling department. Since 2006, Carl has adopted new machinery, that increases manufacturing speed to lower lead times for our customers. Carl has the unique ability to visualize and conceive the right package for your product. He is our go-to-guy, he knows what works and what does not. Carl will work closely with you to create a functional, saleable package as quickly as possible. After work, Carl enjoys several hobbies including PC building and repair, 3D printing, and motorcycles.

Melissa Harris

Office Administrator

Melissa Harris joined the James packaging team in 2019. As our Office Administrator Melissa brings over 28 years of customer service and office administration experience with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.  

Melissa is responsible for our account’s payables and receivables, also with the daily coordination of preparing and pulling orders. Melissa also takes care of all inbound and outbound logistics of orders. 



Outside of work Melissa enjoys spending time with her 4 kids, is an animal lover and enjoys expressing her creative side with creating and selling her Canvas paintings and other artwork.
